Generating Equipment definition

Generating Equipment means any electricity generating unit;
Generating Equipment means equipment used by a Facility in the generation of Electricity, such as wind turbines, solar (PV) modules, hydroelectric turbines, biomass-fired boilers and generating sets for the combustion of landfill gas, but does not include transformers or other equipment used to transform or transmit such Electricity;
Generating Equipment means any electricity generating equipment located on Your Site and paralleled to the Distribution System as more particularly described in the Schedule;

Examples of Generating Equipment in a sentence

  • Refers to power (kW) and energy (kWh): (a) ordinarily supplied by the Company that is displaced by use of Electric Generating Equipment and/or reduced by Applicant at the Customer’s premises; or (b) produced by use of Electric Generating Equipment by a Customer consistent with regulatory requirements; and, in both instances, delivered by a Customer to the Company’s distribution system during a Load Relief Period.

  • Among other things, Diesel-fired Electric Generating Equipment will not be permitted as part of the DLM Program, and if used will be grounds for cancelling the contract related to the Aggregation.

Generating Equipment means any equipment, device, process, or system that creates any air contaminant(s) or toxic air pollutant(s).))

Government of Ontario means His Majesty the King in right of Ontario.
Generating Equipment means all boilers, pipes, valves, meters, controls, coal handling and storage systems, buildings, yards, tracks, pollution control systems and all other equipment and machinery located at the High Bridge Plant necessary to produce Useable Steam in the quantity required by this Agreement.
