Examples of Distributed Resource in a sentence

  • The duly authorized agents of Cooperative shall have the right of ingress and egress to the premises of Member at all reasonable hours, over the same general route as Member utilizes, for the purpose of reading meters, inspecting Cooperative’s wiring and apparatus, changing, exchanging, or repairing its property on the premises of Member and to remove such property at the time of or at any time after the suspension of interconnection of the Distributed Resource or termination of this Agreement.

  • Distributed Resource shall not be interconnected until the requirements and process described in this Standard have been satisfied.

  • The Member’s Distributed Resource is subject to inspection by a Cooperative representative at a mutually agreeable time, as the Cooperative deems necessary.

  • Distributed Generation means generating plant equipment collectively used for generating electricity that is connected, or proposed to be connected, to the Network or a Customer's Installation, but does not include:
