Distribution Address definition

Distribution Address means the address set forth in the applicable proof of claim, as such address may have been updated pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 2002(g). If no proof of claim is or has been filed with respect to a particular Claim, “Distribution Address” means the address set forth in the Debtors’ Schedules, as such address may have been updated pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 2002(g).
Distribution Address means the last known address of a Creditor, whether derived from the Schedules, a proof of claim filed with the Court or other written notification to the Debtor as to where a distribution under a Plan is to be sent.
Distribution Address means the address set forth in the relevant proof of claim. If no proof of claim is filed in respect to a particular Claim, then the address set forth in the Debtorsbooks and records or register maintained for registered securities.

Distribution Address means (i) the address of the holder of a Claim set forth in the relevant proof of claim, (ii) the address set forth in any written notices of address change delivered to the Reorganized Heber Debtors after the date of any related proof of claim, or (iii) if no proof of claim is filed in respect to a particular Claim, the address set forth in the Schedules or register maintained for registered securities.
Distribution Address means the address set forth in the relevant proof of claim. If no proof of claim is filed in respect to a particular Claim, such defined term means the address set forth in the relevant Debtor’s Schedules of Assets and Liabilities.
Distribution Address means (a) with respect to a Claim: (i) the address indicated on any notice of appearance filed by an Entity or Person, or the authorized agent therefor prior to the Effective Date; or (ii) if no notice of appearance has been filed, the address indicated on a properly filed proof of claim; or (iii) absent such notice of appearance or proof of claim, the address set forth in the Schedules; and (b) with respect to a Common Share: (i) the address maintained by the Debtor’s transfer agent; or (ii) the address listed on the Debtor’s company registry; or (c) with respect to an Option Interest, Equity Right and Restricted Stock Award, the address listed on a proof of interest filed by the Proof of Interest Bar Date for Option Interests, Equity Rights and Restricted Stock Awards provided, however, that any Entity or Person may select an alternative Distribution Address by filing a notice with the Bankruptcy Court (copy served on the Disbursing Agent and the Liquidation Trustee and counsel thereto) in accordance with Section 8.4 of the Plan identifying such alternative Distribution Address.
