Distribution Award definition

Distribution Award means an Award made pursuant to Article 12 to reflect the effect of the Distribution on outstanding awards which were made under the MII Plan and which were held by the grantee immediately before the Distribution.

  • Distribution Protocol means the plan for distributing the Settlement Amount and accrued interest, in whole or in part, as approved by the Courts.

  • REMIC I Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, the REMIC I Available Distribution Amount shall be distributed to the REMIC I Regular Interests and the Class R-1 Residual Interest in the following amounts and priority:
