Distribution Cash definition

Distribution Cash means all cash, revenues, and funds received by the Company from Company operations, less the sum of the following to the extent paid or set aside by the Company:
Distribution Cash means the aggregate dollar amount of the Cash Distribution.
Distribution Cash means the amount by which the aggregate amount of all cash and cash equivalents from time to time held by the Company on hand or in bank accounts or other temporary investments pending distribution, exceeds the aggregate of all amounts to be paid or set aside by the Company for: (i) when due, all principal and interest payments on indebtedness of the Company and all other sums payable to lenders; (ii) all cash expenditures to be incurred in the normal operations of the business of the Company; and (iii) such cash reserves as the Sole Member may mutually deem reasonably necessary for the proper operation of the business of the Company.

Distribution Cash means the gross proceeds received by the Corporation from a Distribution of the aggregate applicable number of Exchange Shares less the aggregate of (i) Selling Expenses actually incurred in connection with such Distribution and (ii) 50% of any and all applicable Distribution Expenses actually incurred in connection with such Distribution;

  • Interim Distribution Date means the date as soon as reasonably practicable after the Plan Implementation Date;

For any Distribution Date, with respect to the Class R-3 Residual Interest and for Loan Group 1 and Loan Group 2, any portion of the REMIC III Available Distribution Amount for Loan Group 1 and Loan Group 2, respectively, remaining after all distributions of such REMIC III Available Distribution Amount pursuant to clauses (I)(A), (I)(B), (I)(C), (II)(A) and (II)(B), as applicable, of the definition of “REMIC III Distribution Amount” (other than the distributions pursuant to the last subclause of clauses (I)(C), (II)(A) and (II)(B)). Upon termination of the obligations created by this Agreement and liquidation of REMIC I, REMIC II and REMIC III, the amounts which remain on deposit in the Certificate Account after payment to the Holders of the REMIC III Regular Interests of the amounts set forth in Section 9.01 of this Agreement, and subject to the conditions set forth therein, shall be distributed to the Class R-1, Class R-2 and Class R-3 Residual Interests in accordance with the preceding sentences of this definition as if the date of such distribution were a Distribution Date.

  • Distribution Costs means all costs of:
