Distribution Model definition

Distribution Model means the financial model attached hereto as Exhibit 1 and incorporated herein fully by reference.
Distribution Model means the business model whereby the Tests are marketed and sold by the JV or a third party distributor in any particular country, and the Testing Services are performed by or on behalf of Guardant or its Affiliates outside of such country on Samples obtained by the JV (or a third party sub-distributor) in such country.
Distribution Model means the financial model attached hereto as E xhibit 1 andincorporated herein fully by reference.

Examples of Distribution Model in a sentence

  • This Sell On Premise Distribution Model comes into effect as of the Effective Date defined in the Sell On Premise Distribution Schedule and remains in full force and effect until and including 31 December of the same year.

  • Either Party may terminate this Sell On Premise Distribution Model for convenience with three months’ prior written notice to 31 December of each year.

  • The prices or fees for the Software and Cloud Services depend on the applicable SAP Distribution Model and are set forth therein.

  • Distributor does not pay on the due date any amount payable to SAP under or in connection with the applicable SAP Distribution Model (including, without limitation, the Program Fee) at the place at and in the currency in which it is expressed to be payable unless payment is made within thirty days of the due date.

  • The following descending order of precedence will apply, in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between parts of the Agreement: (a) the applicable SAP Distribution Schedule; (b) the applicable SAP Distribution Model; (c) the Master Distribution Agreement; (d) the Distribution GTCS; (e) the Distributor Program Guide; (f) the PartnerEdge Branding Guide; and (g) the RSPI.

  • SAP might be entitled to suspend the delivery of the Software, Maintenance Services, applicable license key or both to Distributor, Open Ecosystem Partner or End User or both as further set out in this Sell On Premise Distribution Model as well as the Distribution GTCS.

Related to Distribution Model

  • Distribution Margin means the DPO’s share of revenue for the Distribution of Subscribed Channels to Subscribers and it does not include Carriage Fee. It will be calculated as twenty percent (20%) of the MRP of the Subscribed Channel(s), multiplied by the Monthly Average Subscriber Level.

  • Distribution Plan means any plan or formula of allocation of the Net Settlement Fund, to be approved by the Court, upon notice to the Class as may be required, whereby the Net Settlement Fund shall in the future be distributed to Authorized Claimants.

  • Distribution line means any single or multiphase electric power line operating at nominal voltage in either of the following ranges: 2,000 to 26,000 volts between ungrounded conductors or 1,155 to 15,000 volts between grounded and ungrounded conductors, regardless of the functional service provided by the line.

  • Distribution Services means the service of distribution, as defined in section 5 of the Act;
