Distribution Profit definition

Distribution Profit means, in relation to a particular Distribution Period, an amount equal to the Voucher Percentage of the Periodic Distribution Amount for the corresponding Return Accumulation Period as determined in accordance with Condition 8(c) (Fixed Periodic Distribution ProvisionsDetermination of Periodic Distribution Amount).
Distribution Profit means, in relation to a particular Distribution Period, an amount equal to the Voucher Percentage of the Periodic Distribution Amount for the corresponding Return Accumulation Period;
Distribution Profit means the arm’s length compensation that the Parties have agreed that the Distributor should earn for the activities performed under this Parts Supply & License Agreement calculated according to what is set forth in Appendix 1.
