Distribution System Gross Revenues definition

Distribution System Gross Revenues means all rates, fees, rents, charges and other income derived by the City from the ownership, operation, use or services of the Distribution System, determined in accordance with sound accounting principles and consistent with the then existing accounting practices of the City, but excluding in all cases Receipts Pledged to Above-Market Costs.
