Distribution Term definition

Distribution Term means the term described in Section 7.2.

Distribution Term means the period described in the Grant Agreement beginning on the date of First Release of a Grant Project. If there has been no national or regional distribution or broadcast by a CPB authorized entity to public television stations, public radio stations, or related entities within the Domestic Area of the Grant Project or other distribution, broadcast, or display of the Grant Project by the fifth anniversary of the date the Grant Agreement is signed, then the Distribution Term will be coterminous with the Lock Up Period.

Distribution Term means a period of 4 years from the effective date hereof or such earlier period as set forth below. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the agreement, for the purposes of this Addendum, the term “programs” refers to the versions of the software products owned or distributed by Oracle and set forth on the Outside In Application Package Registration Form for the application package specified in section 8 below, which you order from Oracle for development, trial, or demonstration purposes as provided in the agreement, and for distribution to an end user embedded with the application package as provided in this Addendum, including program documentation and any program updates acquired through technical support. The term “programs” shall not include any Oracle programs which are not included on the Outside In Application Package Registration Form. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the agreement, for the purposes of this Addendum, the term “embedded” shall refer to the requirements and restrictions defined in the Outside In Application Package Registration Form with which the application package must comply. For purposes of this Addendum, the term “Units” shall mean the right to install a single installation of the application package on a single piece of hardware.

• The Film Collaborative must receive, at Company’s expense, all items related to the Picture listed in Exhibit A prior to the start date of the Film Festival Distribution Term.

• To the extent and when practicable, The Film Collaborative moving logo teaser (downloadable at xxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/teasers) must be placed at the head of the Picture on all exhibition media masters for Film Festival Distribution that are created after the start date of the Film Festival Distribution Term, including but not limited to DCP, Blu-Ray, DVD and QuickTime ProRes, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties.

• All materials provided related to the Picture and any copies made thereof shall be returned to Company by The Film Collaborative upon request following the expiration or termination of the Film Festival Distribution Term.

• The Parties can terminate the Film Festival Distribution Term and this Agreement with twenty (20) calendar days’ notice provided that Company honors any festival booking arrangements made prior to termination in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

• This fee entitles you to distribute the embedded programs with up to 35,000 Units (as defined in section 2 above) of the application package of licenses of the embedded programs during the Distribution Term.

More Definitions of Distribution Term

Distribution Term means the period of seven years commencing on the Launch Date.

Distribution Term means the period specified in Table A for each Software ----------------- product, and during which Distributor and its Sub-Distributors may exercise the rights granted to Distributor under Section 2. Primus or Distributor may terminate the Distribution Term as described in Section 10.
