District Academic Senate means the organization whose primary responsibility, as the representative of the faculty, is to make recommendations to the Los Rios Community College District Board of Trustees with respect to academic and professional matters. “College Academic Senate” means the organization whose primary responsibility, as the representative of the faculty, is to make recommendations to the administration of their individual College with respect to academic and professional matters.

  • STEP 4: Following all college approvals, the college’s Vice President of Academic Affairs, or designee, will forward the approved Course Outline to the Educational Support Services Division for informational posting to the Vice Presidents of Academic Affairs, the Curriculum Committee Chairs, Curriculum Deans, Academic Senate Presidents, District Academic Senate President and Vice President, and the Articulation Officers at all colleges in the District.
