District Councils definition

District Councils means a district council established under procedures laid down under the prevailing laws;
District Councils for the purposes of this agreement means together [ ] District Council, [ ] District Council, [ ] District Council and [ ] District Council each being a “District Council”; “District Nominated Officer (DNO)” - the Officer nominated by each Borough/District Council as being responsible for all aspects of this Agreement on behalf of the Council;
