All disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Courts, and each party hereby irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts for purposes of such proceedings.
The Contractor shall have staff available to answer telephone calls to the office during business hours and agrees to furnish to the Justice Courts, District Courts, Lyon County Sheriff’s Office, and the Lyon County District Attorney a telephone number for use after hours in any emergency that may arise.
The Parties agree that any claims, actions, disputes or controversies of any kind arising out of this Agreement or the circumstances and events giving rise to this Agreement shall be adjudicated in the State District Courts of the state of Missouri, or the United States District Court for the state of Missouri.
