District General Manager means the General Manager, or his or her designee, of the District.

District General Manager or “General Manager” means the District staff member or their designee responsible for contract management and maintenance. “Divert” or “Diversion” (or any variation thereof) means to prevent Discarded Materials from Disposal at landfill or transformation facilities, (including facilities using incineration, pyrolysis, distillation, gasification, or biological conversion methods) through source reduction, reuse, Recycling, Composting, anaerobic digestion or other method of Processing, subsequent to the provisions of AB 939.
