district municipality means a municipality that has municipal executive and legislative authority in an area that includes more than one municipality, and which is described in section 155 (1) of the Constitution as a category C municipality;
District Office – means the office of the District as established by the Board.
district heating or ‘district cooling’ means the distribution of thermal energy in the form of steam, hot water or chilled liquids, from a central source of production through a network to multiple buildings or sites, for the use of space or process heating or cooling;
District Property means all property owned by the District including, but not limited to, the Amenity Center, common areas, parking lots and ponds.
District Engineer means the District Engineer of Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District, and Sacramento Area Sewer District, or his designee.
District board means the board of directors of the district.

Commonwealth Citizen means any person who has the status of a Commonwealth citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981, not covered by the ‘UK Nationality’ definition above. District Council means a district council within the meaning of the Local Government Act (Northern Ireland) 1972 F11”;
local municipality means a municipality that shares municipal executive and legislative authority in its area with a district municipality within whose area it falls, and which is described in section 155(1) of the Constitution as a category B municipality;
School District/Public Entity means the School District/Public Entity that executes the contract.
Industrial park means an area in a blighted or conservation area suitable for use by any manufacturing, industrial, research or transportation enterprise, of facilities to include but not be limited to factories, mills, processing plants, assembly plants, packing plants, fabricating plants, industrial distribution centers, warehouses, repair overhaul or service facilities, freight terminals, research facilities, test facilities or railroad facilities.

Western means the Board of Trustees of Western Michigan University and the administrative agents of said Board.
Municipalities means cities, villages and incorporated towns. "Units of local government" means counties, municipalities, townships, special districts, and units, designated as units of local government by law, which exercise limited governmental powers or powers in respect to limited governmental subjects, but does not include school districts.

Commonwealth Minister means the local Minister within the meaning of the gas pipelines access legislation of the Commonwealth;
District and high school graduation rate means the annual completion and pupil dropout rate that is calculated by the center pursuant to nationally recognized standards.
School district of residence means the school district
Urban district means the territory contiguous to and including any street or highway which is built up with structures devoted to business, industry, or dwelling houses situated at intervals of less than one hundred feet for a distance of a quarter of a mile or more, and the character of such territory is indicated by official traffic control devices.
