District Program Manager definition

District Program Manager or “DPM” means the Division of Developmental Disabilities’ administrator or designee in each of the Department’s six planning districts.

  • Design-Build Entity shall not be relieved of its obligations to perform the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents either by the activities or duties of District, District, Program Manager, Inspectors of Record or District Consultants, or by tests, inspections or approvals required or performed by persons other than the Design-Build Entity.
