District Surveyor definition

District Surveyor means any person appointed to that position for a specific Land Board District or any person authorised to act for him for the time being. In respect of lands in the Western Division "District Surveyor" shall mean the Senior Surveyor of the Western Lands Commission.
District Surveyor means the District surveyor of the Lands and Surveys Department in the District and includes any officer duly authorised to act in that behalf;
District Surveyor means the district surveyor for the land district within which any holding is situate.
