Diurnal Flattening Service definition

Diurnal Flattening Service or “DFS”(07/21/09 Version) means a service that makes a resource that is variable or intermittent, or that portion of such resource that is variable or intermittent, equivalent to a resource that is flat within each Monthly/Diurnal period, as defined in the TRM.
