This shall include all administrative support functions relating to the Divestment Business which are currently carried out at headquarters level.
The Trustee shall not sell or permit the divestment of the Divestment Business to a Proposed Purchaser unless it has been directed to do so by the CMA or has obtained the CMA’s prior written approval in respect of the identity of that Proposed Purchaser.
Purchaser: the entity approved by the Commission as acquirer of the Divestment Business in accordance with the criteria set out in Section D.
