Dividend Accrual Period definition

Dividend Accrual Period means (a) initially, the period from, and including, the Effective Date to, but excluding, the June 15, 2023 Dividend Payment Date; and (b) thereafter, the period from, and including, each Dividend Payment Date, to, but excluding the next Dividend Payment Date.
Dividend Accrual Period means, with respect to a share of Redeemable Preferred Stock, (i) the initial period from and including the Original Issuance Date of such share to but excluding the first Dividend Payment Date occurring after such Original Issuance Date, (ii) a period from and including each Dividend Payment Date to but excluding the next succeeding Dividend Payment Date while such share remains outstanding and (iii) the final period ending on, but excluding, the date such share ceases to be outstanding and beginning on, and including, the Dividend Payment Date immediately preceding such date.
Dividend Accrual Period means an annual period ending on December 31 in any year, provided that, if the Issuer changes its financial year so as to end on a date other than December 31, then the foregoing period shall be deemed to have been amended mutatis mutandis.

Examples of Dividend Accrual Period in a sentence

  • Any dividend on the Conversion Shares delivered on conversion of any Series A Preferred Shares with respect to the Dividend Accrual Period (as defined in Article 8 (2) 2) during which the relevant Conversion Date falls will be paid with respect to the full Dividend Accrual Period on the basis that the conversion took effect at the beginning of such Dividend Accrual Period.

  • The Corporation shall make available to each holder of Class A Common Stock information regarding the occurrence of (i) any Special Stock Dividend Accrual Period (for the first day on which the Special Stock Dividends accrue and for the day on which such Special Stock Dividends cease to accrue), and (ii) the Conversion End Date, in each case within three (3) business days following such occurrence.

Dividend Accrual Period means an annual period ending December 31 in any year, unless changed in accordance with the provisions of this Indenture.

Related to Dividend Accrual Period

  • Applicable Dividend Rate means (i) during the period from the Original Issue Date to, but excluding, the first day of the first Dividend Period commencing on or after the fifth anniversary of the Original Issue Date, 5% per annum and (ii) from and after the first day of the first Dividend Period commencing on or after the fifth anniversary of the Original Issue Date, 9% per annum.

  • Interest Accrual Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Interest Commencement Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Interest Period Date and each successive period beginning on (and including) an Interest Period Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Interest Period Date.

  • Annual Fixed Dividend Rate means, for any Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the annual rate (expressed as a percentage rate rounded down to the nearest one hundred-thousandth of one percent (with 0.000005% being rounded up)) equal to the sum of the Government of Canada Yield on the applicable Fixed Rate Calculation Date plus 2.16%.

  • Accrual Period With respect to each Payment Date, the period beginning on and including the prior Payment Date (or, in the case of the first Payment Date, the Closing Date) and ending on and including the day preceding such Payment Date.

  • Initial Dividend Rate means, with respect to a series of APS, the rate per annum applicable to the Initial Dividend Period for such series of APS.

  • Interest Accrual Date means with respect to any Security, the date the Company accepts funds for the purchase of the Security if such funds are received by 3:00 p.m. (EDT) on a Business Day, or if such funds are not so received, on the next Business Day.

  • Adjusted Actual/360 Accrued Interest Amount with respect to any REMIC I Regular Interest referred to in clause (B) of the second sentence of the prior paragraph, for any Interest Accrual Period, is an amount of interest equal to the product of (a) the Net Mortgage Rate then in effect (including as a result of any step-up provision) for the related Mortgage Loan under the original terms of such Mortgage Loan in effect as of the Closing Date (without regard to any modifications, extensions, waivers or amendments of such Mortgage Loan subsequent to the Closing Date, whether entered into by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer or in connection with any bankruptcy, insolvency or other similar proceeding involving the related Borrower), multiplied by (b) a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days in such Interest Accrual Period, and the denominator of which is 360, multiplied by (c) the Uncertificated Principal Balance of such REMIC I Regular Interest immediately prior to the Distribution Date that corresponds to such Interest Accrual Period; provided that, if the subject Interest Accrual Period occurs during (x) December of any year that does not immediately precede a leap year or (y) January of any year, then the amount of interest calculated with respect to the subject REMIC I Regular Interest pursuant to this definition for such Interest Accrual Period without regard to this proviso shall be decreased by the Interest Reserve Amount, if any (and the fraction described in clause (B) of the second sentence of the preceding paragraph shall be adjusted accordingly), with respect to the related Mortgage Loan (or any successor REO Mortgage Loan with respect thereto) transferred, in accordance with Section 3.04(c), from the Distribution Account to the Interest Reserve Account on the Master Servicer Remittance Date that occurs immediately following the end of such Interest Accrual Period; and provided, further, that, if the subject Interest Accrual Period occurs during February of any year (or during any December or January preceding the month of the Final Distribution Date), then the amount of interest calculated with respect to the subject REMIC I Regular Interest pursuant to this definition for such Interest Accrual Period without regard to this proviso shall be increased by the Interest Reserve Amount(s), if any (and the fraction described in clause (B) of the second sentence of the preceding paragraph shall be adjusted accordingly), with respect to the related Mortgage Loan (or any successor REO Mortgage Loan with respect thereto) transferred, in accordance with Section 3.05(c), from the Interest Reserve Account to the Distribution Account on the Master Servicer Remittance Date that occurs immediately following the end of such Interest Accrual Period.

  • Class A Interest Accrual Amount As to any Distribution Date, the sum of the Interest Accrual Amounts for the Class A Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date.

  • Ex-Dividend Date means the first date on which shares of the Common Stock trade on the applicable exchange or in the applicable market, regular way, without the right to receive the issuance, dividend or distribution in question, from the Company or, if applicable, from the seller of Common Stock on such exchange or market (in the form of due bills or otherwise) as determined by such exchange or market.

  • Floating Quarterly Dividend Rate means, for any Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the rate of interest (expressed as a percentage rate rounded down to the nearest one hundred-thousandth of one percent (with 0.000005% being rounded up)) equal to the sum of the T-Bill Rate on the applicable Floating Rate Calculation Date plus 1.60% (calculated on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed in such Quarterly Floating Rate Period divided by 365).
