Deferred Stock Unit definition

Deferred Stock Unit means a right granted to a Participant under Article 9 to receive Shares (or the equivalent value in cash or other property if the Committee so provides) at a future time as determined by the Committee, or as determined by the Participant within guidelines established by the Committee in the case of voluntary deferral elections.
Deferred Stock Unit means a deferred stock unit Award granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 13.
Deferred Stock Unit means a right to receive Shares awarded under Section 10.5.

Examples of Deferred Stock Unit in a sentence

  • Shares underlying a Deferred Stock Unit award which is subject to a vesting schedule or other conditions or criteria set by the Administrator will not be issued until on or following the date that those conditions and criteria have been satisfied.

  • A Performance Award, Stock Payment award, Dividend Equivalent award, Deferred Stock award and/or Deferred Stock Unit award is distributable only while the Holder is an Employee, Director or Consultant, as applicable.
