With respect to each fiscal quarter of the corporation for which the holders of the Preferred A Shares are entitled to receive a dividend and for which the Board of Directors of the corporation has declared a dividend on the Preferred A Shares ('Dividend Quarter"), such dividend shall be payable to the holders of record of Preferred A Shares on the last day of the Dividend Quarter and shall be paid no later than 90 days after the last day of the Dividend Quarter (the "Preferred Dividend Payment Date").
