A Payload Processing Requirements Document (or Documents) for each Payload shall be submitted to Astrotech nominally nine months prior to the beginning of the Occupancy Period set forth in Section 8.1 below for the particular Payload, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Astrotech.
In the event Seller is unable to deliver such Mortgage Loan Document or Documents in this time period, it shall notify Purchaser and the loan shall be repurchased, as set forth in Section 3.03.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall a default under any of the Security Documents constitute an Event of Default hereunder unless and until such Security Document or Documents become effective in accordance with Section 6.1 and Section 8.21.
Any and all references in this Agreement to any Document or Documents shall be references to such document or documents as the same may be from time to time modified, amended, renewed, consolidated or extended, with the consent of Bank.
