Document or Documents means any petition, or application, inventory, claim, accounting, notice or demand for notice, motion, and any other writing which is filed with the court.

Document or Documents means “documents” as defined in Rule 1.350 of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure. In addition, the words “document” or “documents” shall mean any writing, recording, computer-stored information, or photograph in your possession, custody, care or control, which pertain directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, to any of the subjects listed below, or which are themselves listed below as specific documents, including, but not limited to: correspondence, memoranda, notes, messages, e-mails, diaries, minutes, books, reports, charts, ledgers, invoices, computer printouts, computer discs, microfilms, video tapes, or tape recordings.

Examples of Document or Documents in a sentence

  • A Payload Processing Requirements Document (or Documents) for each Payload shall be submitted to Astrotech nominally nine months prior to the beginning of the Occupancy Period set forth in Section 8.1 below for the particular Payload, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Astrotech.

  • In the event Seller is unable to deliver such Mortgage Loan Document or Documents in this time period, it shall notify Purchaser and the loan shall be repurchased, as set forth in Section 3.03.

  • Senior Documents means, collectively, with respect to any Senior Obligation, any provision pertaining to such Senior Obligation in any Loan Document or any other document, instrument or certificate evidencing or delivered in connection with such Senior Obligation.

  • Guarantor Documents means this Guaranty and all other certificates, documents, agreements and instruments delivered to any Guaranteed Party under or in connection with this Guaranty and the Loan Documents.

  • Junior Documents means, collectively, with respect to any Junior Obligations, any provision pertaining to such Junior Obligation in any Loan Document or any other document, instrument or certificate evidencing or delivered in connection with such Junior Obligation.

  • Borrower Documents means the Financing Documents and the Mortgage Loan Documents to which the Borrower is a party.

  • Agreement Documents means the instructions to proponents, scope of service, addenda, response to the RFP, and the acceptance of proposal together with all subsequently negotiated agreements, written amendments, modifications, and supplements to such documents and all written authorizations signed by the administrator(s) amending, deleting, or adding to the contract.
