Documentary Acceptances definition

Documentary Acceptances means amounts owed by the Business for borrowed money under unsecured lines of credit with suppliers used to finance inventory purchases.

  • Documentary evidence means any matter expressed or described upon any substance by means of letters, figures or marks intended to be used for the recording of that matter and produced before a court.

  • Letter of Acceptance means the letter of formal acceptance, signed by the contractor. Procuring Entity, including any annexed memoranda comprising agreements between and signed by both Parties.

  • Documentary draft means a draft to be presented for acceptance or payment if specified documents, certificated securities as defined in section 8102 or instructions for uncertificated securities as defined in section 8102, or other certificates, statements, or the like are to be received by the drawee or other payor before acceptance or payment of the draft.

  • Letter of Acceptance (LOA) means the written notice issued by JMRC to the selected bidder(s) intimating the acceptance of selected bidder's Proposal for the award of License;

  • Documentary Letter of Credit means any Letter of Credit that is drawable upon presentation of documents evidencing the sale or shipment of goods purchased by the Borrower or a Guarantor in the ordinary course of its business.

  • Commercial Letters of Credit means those letters of credit subject to the UCP payable in Dollars and issued or caused to be issued by Lender on behalf of Borrower under a Loan Facility for the benefit of a supplier(s) of Borrower in connection with Borrower's purchase of goods or services from the supplier in support of the export of the Items.

  • Commitment and Acceptance is defined in Section 2.18(b).

  • Commercial Letter of Credit means any letter of credit or similar instrument issued for the purpose of providing the primary payment mechanism in connection with the purchase of any materials, goods or services by Company or any of its Subsidiaries in the ordinary course of business of Company or such Subsidiary.

  • Acceptance Letter means the letter from Adviser to BD pursuant to which the Adviser appoints BD as a Broker Dealer for each series of MuniPreferred issued by any Fund that has executed a Request Letter.

  • Fronted Letter of Credit means a standby Letter of Credit issued by an Issuing Lender having an L/C Fronting Commitment in which each Lender purchases a risk participation pursuant to Section 3.4.

  • Documentary material means the original or a copy of any book, record, report, memorandum, paper, communication, tabulation, map, chart, photograph, mechanical transcription, or other tangible document or recording.

  • IITK Purchase Order means the IITK’s official Purchase Order document;

  • Conditional Acceptance means a conditional acceptance by the Liquidity Provider of an extension of the Scheduled Termination Date.

  • Notice of Acceptance means the written notification and any accompanying documentation sent to the Consultant by the Principal advising acceptance of its Tender to provide the Services under the Contract.

  • credit meter means a meter where an account is issued subsequent to the consumption of electricity;

  • Operational Acceptance means the acceptance by the Procuring Entity of the Facilities (or any part of the Facilities where the Contract provides for acceptance of the Facilities in parts), which certifies the Contractor's fulfillment of the Contract in respect of Functional Guarantees of the Facilities (or the relevant part thereof) in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 28 (Functional Guarantees) hereof and shall include deemed acceptance in accordance with GCC Clause 25 (Commissioning and Operational Acceptance) hereof.

  • AGREED AND ACCEPTED AGREED AND ACCEPTED:

  • Auto-Extension Letter of Credit has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(b)(iii).

  • Purchase Order (PO) means a written offer made by a purchaser to a supplier formally stating the terms and conditions of a proposed transaction.

  • Facility LC Application is defined in Section 2.19.3.

  • Canadian Letter of Credit means any letter of credit issued by the Canadian Lender pursuant to Section 2.03. A Canadian Letter of Credit may be a commercial letter of credit or a standby letter of credit. No Letter of Credit shall be or become a Canadian Letter of Credit.

  • Letters means that term as described in section 1105 of the estates and protected individuals code, 1998 PA 386, MCL 700.1105.

  • Bank Guarantee means an irrevocable and unconditional undertaking by a trading bank approved by the Council to pay the Development Contribution amount on demand without an expiry or end date and containing terms and conditions acceptable to Council and in accordance with clause 9 of this Agreement;

  • Request for Letter of Credit means a written request for a Letter of Credit substantially in the form of Exhibit H, signed by a Responsible Official of Borrower, and properly completed to provide all information required to be included therein.

  • Facility Letter of Credit means a Letter of Credit issued hereunder.

  • Date of Acceptance means the date, which appears on the Notice of Acceptance and if no date appears is the date on which the Principal sent the Notice of Acceptance accepting the Contractor’s Tender.
