Documentation Citizen definition

Documentation Citizen means a corporation established under the laws of the United States or of a State thereof, whose president or other chief executive officer, by whatever title, and chairman of its board of directors are citizens of the United States, as well as any officers authorized to act in their absence or disability, and no more of its directors are non-citizens than a minority of the number necessary to constitute a quorum.
Documentation Citizen means a person that is eligible to document a vessel with a registry endorsement under 46 U.S. Code §12105.
Documentation Citizen means a person able to document a vessel under 46 U.S.C. chapter 121. This definition includes a United States Citizen Trust.
