This AGREEMENT contains the entire AGREEMENT of the parties as it relates to this subject matter and may be modified only by additional written provisions contained in a properly executed Uniform Clinical Affiliation Agreement Implementation Letter.
All notices provided by either party to the other will be in writing, and will be deemed to have been duly given when delivered personally or when deposited in the United States mail, First Class, postage prepaid, addressed as indicated in the Uniform Clinical Affiliation Agreement Implementation Letter.
This AGREEMENT is effective upon execution of the Implementation Letter by both parties to the covered clinical training experience(s) and will continue indefinitely or until terminated.
The Parties will enter into an agreement providing further detail on the implementation arrangements, fiscal accountability and disbursement and use of MCC Funding, among other matters (the “Program Implementation Agreement” or “PIA”); and the Government will implement the Program in accordance with this Compact, the PIA, any other Supplemental Agreement and any Implementation Letter.
The use and treatment of MCC Funding in connection with this Contract does not, and shall not, violate any limitations or requirements specified in the Grant Agreement or any other relevant agreement or Implementation Letter or applicable laws or United States Government policy.
