Documentation Period definition

Documentation Period has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.5.
Documentation Period means the first period of 15 consecutive Business Days (provided that April 3, 2015 shall not constitute a Business Day for purposes of the Documentation Period) from the date that is 10 calendar days after the date of this Agreement; provided, that the Documentation Period shall end on any earlier date that is the date on which the Financing is consummated.

  • The Lease shall be without cost to the Owner, and on demand, Manager shall reimburse legal expenses reasonably incurred by Owner in connection with the Lease negotiation and documentation during the Lease Documentation Period.

  • Tenant shall be deemed to have revoked its exercise of the Extension Option, and the Extension Option and Tenant’s exercise thereof shall be null and void if: (a) Tenant fails to provide a timely Tenant Confirmation Notice or Tenant’s Market Notice, or (b) the parties fail to enter into the Letter of Intent within the Negotiation Period, or (c) the parties fail to mutually sign and deliver the Extension Amendment within the Documentation Period.

  • Neither Party shall have recourse to the other or be deemed in default of this Agreement in the event a Lease is not agreed on following good faith negotiations during the Lease Documentation Period, is not approved by the City Council of Owner or if Manager exercises the option to convert this Agreement to a lease after December 31, 2022 and the California Department of Housing and Community Development or any successor agency files an objection to the lease.

  • In the event that during the Negotiation Period, the parties reach agreement on the terms of such arrangement, the parties shall use commercially reasonable efforts to enter into a binding agreement reflecting such arrangement on or before the 30th day following the end of the Negotiation Period (the "Documentation Period").
