The Centre means the Financial Intelligence Centre established in terms of section 2 of the FIC Act.
Study Centre means a centre established and maintained or recognized by the University for the purpose of advising, counselling or for rendering any other assistance required by the students in the context of distance education;
Centre means the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes Established by the ICSID Convention; and
Data Centre or "DC" means the primary centre where data, software, computer systems and associated components, such as telecommunication and storage systems, redundant or backup power supplies, redundant data communications, environment controls and security devices are housed and operated from;
Cottage Sector Means a single dwelling that does not have a common facility for a multiple number of tenants.
Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.
Center means the center for educational performance and information created in section 94a.
Shopping Centre means a grouping of commercial retail outlets which have been designed, developed and managed as a unit by a single owner or group of owners or tenants located on the same lot or lots with a frontage not less than 45 metres and having common on-site parking;
Day Care Centre means any institution established for day care treatment of illness and/or injuries or a medical setup with a hospital and which has been registered with the local authorities, wherever applicable, and is under supervision of a registered and qualified medical practitioner and must comply with all minimum criterion as under -
Rate Center means the specific geographic point that has been designated by a given LEC as being associated with a particular NPA-NXX code that has been assigned to the LEC for its provision of Telephone Exchange Service. The Rate Center is the finite geographic point identified by a specific V&H coordinate, which is used by that LEC to measure, for billing purposes, distance sensitive transmission services associated with the specific Rate Center.
Drive means to operate or be in actual physical control of a
one-way street means a highway in which the driving of vehicles otherwise than in one direction is prohibited;
Boulevard means the area between the street line and the nearest edge of a roadway and/or the area separating the roadways or a divided highway.
Raffle means a lottery in which the prize is won by (i) a random drawing of the name or
community centre means any school, railway station, police station and other location providing a service to the community;
Parade means a public procession, sometimes including a marching band or float(s) and often of a celebratory nature, held in honor of an anniversary, event, person, cause, etc.
Expressway means a divided arterial highway for through traffic with full or partial control of access with an excess of fifty per cent of all crossroads separated in grade.
Terrace means a relatively level step constructed in the face of a graded slope surface for drainage and maintenance purposes.

Industrial park means an area in a blighted or conservation area suitable for use by any manufacturing, industrial, research or transportation enterprise, of facilities to include but not be limited to factories, mills, processing plants, assembly plants, packing plants, fabricating plants, industrial distribution centers, warehouses, repair overhaul or service facilities, freight terminals, research facilities, test facilities or railroad facilities.
Road means any highway and any other road to which the public has access, and includes bridges over which a road passes.
Village means a village specified by the Governor by public notification to be a village for the purposes of this Part and includes a group of villages so specified.
Business Centre means each of the places so specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement.
Parkway means the area between a sidewalk and the curb or traffic lane. It may be planted or unplanted, and with or without pedestrian egress.
College means any college in the South Carolina Technical College System.
Call Centre means a dedicated centre that has the purpose of receiving and transmitting telephone calls in relation to customer service operations of the retailer or distributor, as relevant, and consists of call centre staff and 1 or more information technology and communications systems designed to handle customer service calls and record call centre performance information.
