  • FCC Order means Federal Communications Commission Order 94-102 (61 Federal Register 40348)

  • DIP Orders means, collectively, the Interim DIP Order and the Final DIP Order.

  • Tariff Order means the Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services (Eighth) (Addressable Systems) Tariff Order, 2017;

  • Supply Order means an order for supply of stores and includes an order for performance of service;

  • Bunched Orders means a single Order placed by an Account Manager for two or more of its Accounts on the SEF operated by BSEF pursuant to Rule 528.

  • Orders means judgments, writs, decrees, compliance agreements, injunctions or orders of any Governmental Entity or arbitrator.

  • Sale Order means an order or orders of the Bankruptcy Court in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Buyer and Seller approving this Agreement and all of the terms and conditions hereof, and approving and authorizing Seller to consummate the Transactions.

  • Regulatory Order means any injunction, order, judgment, decree, memorandum of understanding, consent decree, directive or regulatory restriction, or any change in or interpretation of any law, rule or regulation, imposed by a Governmental Entity.

  • Levy Order means an Order made by the Commission under paragraph 16 of the Schedule to the Act.

  • Hold Order has the meaning specified in Section 11.10(b)(i) below.

  • Customer Order means, with respect to a Participant or Authorized Trader, an Order or Request for Quote that has been provided to such Participant or Authorized Trader, as applicable, by or on behalf of a Customer.

  • Bidding Procedures Order means that certain order of the Bankruptcy Court, entitled “Order (A) Approving Sale Procedures and Bid Protections, Including Break-Up Fee(s), In Connection With Sale Of Substantially All Assets; (B) Scheduling An Auction For And Hearing To Approve One Or More Sales; (C) Approving Notice Of Respective Date, Time And Place For Auction And For Hearing On Approval Of Sale(s),” entered on January 16, 2009.

  • Energy Order means the Energy (Northern Ireland) Order 2003;

  • Submitted Order has the meaning specified in Section 11.10(d)(i) below.

  • Applicable Orders means those orders or decrees, if any, of governmental authorities identified on Schedule 2 to the Opinion Support Certificate, which have been certified by officers of the Issuer as being every order or decree of any governmental authority by which the Issuer or any of its subsidiaries or any of their respective properties is bound, that is material in relation to the business, operations, affairs, financial condition, assets, or properties of the Issuer and its subsidiaries, considered as a single enterprise. However, officers of the Issuer have certified in the Opinion Support Certificate that there are no Applicable Orders.

  • Disclosure Statement Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the Disclosure Statement.

  • Confirmation Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court confirming the Plan pursuant to section 1129 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Interim Order means the interim order of the Court, as the same may be amended, in respect of the Arrangement, as contemplated by Section 2.3;

  • Approval Order means an order entered by the Bankruptcy Court, pursuant to Sections 363 and 365 of the Bankruptcy Code, authorizing and approving, among other things, (a) the sale of the Purchased Assets (b) the assumption of the Assumed Liabilities by Purchaser and (c) the assumption and assignment of the Purchased Contracts, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, which will be in a form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Parties.

  • Mail order pharmacy means a pharmacy licensed by this

  • Field Order means a written order issued by an authorized County official/employee to the Contractor during construction effecting a change in the Work by authorizing an addition, deletion, or revision in the Work within the general scope of the Work not involving an adjustment in the Contract Price or a change to the Contract Time or Term. No Field Order shall be valid or effective unless it is signed by the County employee(s) who has been authorized in writing by the Chief Executive Officer or his/her designee to execute Field Orders.

  • Stop Order means an instruction to create a Short Position when Our Price reaches a specified price.

  • First Day Orders means all orders entered by the Bankruptcy Court on the Petition Date or within five Business Days of the Petition Date or based on motions filed on the Petition Date.

  • Financing Orders means, collectively, the Interim Order and the Final Order.

  • Prescription drug order means a lawful order of a practitioner for a drug or device for a specific patient that is communicated to a pharmacist.

  • Scheduling Order means the scheduling order to be entered pursuant to Rule 23.1 of the Rules of the Court of Chancery, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.
