Dollar LC Disbursement definition

Dollar LC Disbursement means a payment made by a Dollar Issuing Bank pursuant to a Dollar Letter of Credit.
Dollar LC Disbursement means a payment or disbursement made by an Issuing Bank pursuant to a Dollar Letter of Credit. “Dollar LC Exposure” means, at any time, the sum of (a) the aggregate undrawn and unexpired amount of all outstanding Dollar Letters of Credit at such time and (b) the aggregate principal amount of all Dollar LC Disbursements that have not yet been reimbursed at such time. The Dollar LC Exposure of any Revolving Lender at any time shall equal its Dollar Revolving Applicable Percentage of the aggregate Dollar LC Exposure at such time. For all purposes of this Agreement, (x) if on any date of determination a Dollar Letter of Credit has expired by its terms but any amount may still be drawn thereunder by reason of the operation of Rule 3.14 of the International Standby Practices (ISP98), such Dollar Letter of Credit shall be deemed to be “outstanding” in the amount so remaining available to be drawn and (y) unless otherwise specified herein, the amount of a Dollar Letter of Credit at any time shall be deemed to be the stated amount of such Dollar Letter of Credit in effect at such time; provided that with respect to any Dollar Letter of Credit that, by its terms or the terms of any document related thereto, provides for one or more automatic increases in the stated amount thereof, the amount of such Dollar Letter of Credit shall be deemed to be the maximum stated amount of such Dollar Letter of Credit after giving effect to all such increases, whether or not such maximum stated amount is in effect at such time. “Dollar LC Obligations” means, at any time, the sum of (a) the amount available to be drawn under Dollar Letters of Credit then outstanding, assuming compliance with all requirements for drawings referenced therein, plus (b) the aggregate principal amount of all unreimbursed Dollar LC Disbursements.

  • U.S. Swingline Loan means any swingline loan denominated in Dollars made by the applicable Swingline Lender to a US Borrower pursuant to Section 2.2, and all such swingline loans collectively as the context requires.

  • Refunded Swing Line Loan has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.1(c)(iii).

  • Letter of Credit Advance means an advance made by any Issuing Bank or any Lender pursuant to Section 2.03(c).

  • Swingline Advance means an advance made by the Swingline Lender, if any, to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.

  • L/C Advance means, with respect to each Lender, such Lender’s funding of its participation in any L/C Borrowing in accordance with its Applicable Percentage.

  • Swingline Loan means a Loan made pursuant to Section 2.04.

  • Alternate Currency Loan means any Loan denominated in an Alternate Currency.

  • Multicurrency LC Exposure means, at any time, the sum of (a) the aggregate undrawn amount of all outstanding Multicurrency Letters of Credit at such time plus (b) the aggregate amount of all LC Disbursements in respect of such Letters of Credit that have not yet been reimbursed by or on behalf of the Borrower at such time. The Multicurrency LC Exposure of any Lender at any time shall be its Applicable Multicurrency Percentage of the total Multicurrency LC Exposure at such time.

  • Alternate Currency Letter of Credit means any Letter of Credit denominated in an Alternate Currency.

  • Fronting Lender means, as to any Letter of Credit transaction hereunder, Agent as issuer of the Letter of Credit, or, in the event that Agent either shall be unable to issue or shall agree that another Lender may issue, a Letter of Credit, such other Lender as shall agree to issue the Letter of Credit in its own name, but in each instance on behalf of the Lenders hereunder.

  • Multicurrency Loan means a Loan denominated in Dollars or an Agreed Foreign Currency.

  • Pro-Rata Borrowing has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.03(a).

  • ABR Revolving Loan means any Revolving Facility Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the ABR in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Swingline Committed Amount means the amount of the Swingline Lender’s Swingline Commitment as specified in Section 2.4(a).

  • Protective Advance has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.04.

  • Alternative Currency Term Rate Loan means a Committed Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the definition of “Alternative Currency Term Rate.” All Alternative Currency Term Rate Loans must be denominated in an Alternative Currency.
