Dollar Securities definition

Dollar Securities means the $925,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 9% Senior Notes due 2013, issued by the Company concurrently with the issuance of the Securities issued hereunder.
Dollar Securities means the U.S. Dollar-denominated 7 3/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2014 issued by the Issuer, including, without limitation, the Dollar Exchange Securities and the Additional Dollar Securities, treated as a single class of securities, as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof, that are issued pursuant to this Indenture.
Dollar Securities means the Original Dollar Securities, the Exchange Dollar Securities and the Additional Dollar Securities, if any.

  • A Holder shall register the transfer of or exchange of Dollar Securities in accordance with the Indenture.

  • The Registrar need not register the transfer of or exchange any Dollar Securities selected for redemption (except, in the case of a Dollar Security to be redeemed in part, the portion of the Dollar Security not to be redeemed) or to transfer or exchange any Dollar Securities for a period of 15 days prior to a selection of Dollar Securities to be redeemed.

  • The Company shall pay interest on the Dollar Securities (except defaulted interest) to the Persons who are registered Holders at the close of business on the May 1 or November 1 next preceding the interest payment date even if Dollar Securities are canceled after the record date and on or before the interest payment date (whether or not a Business Day).

  • The Issuer may make payment of any defaulted interest in any other lawful manner not inconsistent with the requirements (if applicable) of any securities exchange on which the Dollar Securities or the Sterling Securities may be listed and, upon such notice as may be required by such exchange, if, after written notice given by the Issuer to the Trustee of the proposed payment pursuant to this sentence, such manner of payment shall be deemed practicable by the Trustee.

  • If the Issuer defaults in a payment of interest on the Dollar Securities or the Sterling Securities, it shall, unless the Trustee fixes another record date pursuant to Section 6.10, pay the defaulted interest then borne by the Dollar Securities or Sterling Securities, as the case may be, plus (to the extent lawful) any interest payable on the defaulted interest, in accordance with the terms hereof.


More Definitions of Dollar Securities

Dollar Securities shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Dollar Securities means, collectively, the $200,000,000 10.75% Senior Secured Notes due 2014 of the Company to be issued and sold to the Purchasers, and securities issued in exchange therefor or in lieu thereof pursuant to the Indenture. Each Dollar Security is entitled to the benefit of the guarantee provided for in the Indenture (the “Guarantee”) and, unless the context otherwise requires, any reference herein to a “Dollar Security,” a “Dollar Exchange Security” or a “Dollar Registrable Security” shall include a reference to the related Guarantee.
Dollar Securities means any [Argentine] public foreign debt instruments denominated in Dollars and/or any other public or private bond or tradable security issued in [Argentina] and denominated in Dollars.
Dollar Securities means the securities issued under the Dollar Indenture.
Dollar Securities means the Bonos del Gobierno Nacional (República Argentina) in Dollars due 2012 issued by Argentina according to the terms and conditions of Article 10 of Decree No. 905/02 and/or any other Argentine public foreign debt instruments denominated in Dollars and/or any other public or private bond or tradable security issued in Argentina and denominated in Dollars.
Dollar Securities has the meaning ascribed in Section 4.2(e) of this Agreement.
