Dollar Sublimit definition

Dollar Sublimit means, an amount of Loans and Letters of Credit denominated in Dollars equal to One Billion Two Hundred Million Dollars ($1,200,000,000), as the same may be decreased in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

Examples of Dollar Sublimit in a sentence

  • The amount of any such Aggregate Commitment reduction shall be applied to the U.S. Dollar Sublimit, Alternative Currency Sublimit, any other Applicable Sublimit and each of the Letter of Credit Sublimits as specified by the Company.

  • L/C Sublimit has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex B.
