Dollar Term Borrowing definition

Dollar Term Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of Dollar Term Loans of the same Type and currency and, in the case of Eurocurrency Rate Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Dollar Term Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01.
Dollar Term Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Dollar Term Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Eurocurrency Rate Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Term Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01(a).
Dollar Term Borrowing means a Dollar Term-1 Borrowing and/or Dollar Term-2 Borrowing, as the context may require.
