Central Commission means the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission referred to in sub-section (1) of section 76 of the Act;
Domain Name means the domain name(s) (universal resource locators), and registration(s) thereof, issued by any Person or authority that issues and maintains the domain name registration; provided, however, “Domain Name” shall not include any trademark or service mark rights to such domain names other than the rights to the Product Trademarks required to be divested.
Domain Names means all Internet domain names and associated URL addresses in or to which any Grantor now or hereafter has any right, title or interest.
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission or "FERC" means the
Civil Service Commission means the commission required under Section 5 of Article XI of the Michigan Constitution of 1963.
Diocesan Schools Commission means the education service provided by the diocese, which may also be known, or referred to, as the Diocesan Education Service.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) means the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission or its duly authorized representatives.
the Commission means the Charity Commission for England and Wales;
Land application means the spraying or spreading of sewage sludge onto the land surface, the injection of sewage sludge below the land surface, or the incorporation of sewage sludge into the soil for the purposes of conditioning the soil or fertilizing crops or vegetation grown in the soil.
URL means “uniform resource locator,” an internet web address.
Railways Commission means the Western Australian Government Railways Commission established pursuant to the Government Railways Xxx 0000;
Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.
Public Service Commission means the Public Service Commission constituted under this Constitution;
Privacy Commissioner means the person occupying the position of Privacy Commissioner from time to time pursuant to the Privacy Xxx 0000.
Public health authority means an agency or authority of the United States, a state, a territory, a political subdivision of a state or territory, an Indian tribe, or a foreign government, or a person or entity acting under a grant of authority from or contract with such public agency, including the employees or agents of such public agency or its contractors or persons or entities to whom it has granted authority, that is responsible for public health matters as part of its official mandate.
Department of Justice means the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice.
Internet Domain Names means all rights, title and interests (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to Internet domain names.
NRC means the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
City Commission means the legislative body of the City of Miami.
DOT means the United States Department of Transportation.
Internet Domain Name means all right, title and interest (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to internet domain names.
Interstate commission means the Interstate Commission for Juveniles created by Article III of this compact.
Antitrust Division means the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice.
FDA means the United States Food and Drug Administration and any successor agency thereto.
USPTO means the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Registry Services are, for purposes of the Agreement, defined as the following: (a) those services that are operations of the registry critical to the following tasks: the receipt of data from registrars concerning registrations of domain names and name servers; provision to registrars of status information relating to the zone servers for the TLD; dissemination of TLD zone files; operation of the registry DNS servers; and dissemination of contact and other information concerning domain name server registrations in the TLD as required by this Agreement; (b) other products or services that the Registry Operator is required to provide because of the establishment of a Consensus Policy as defined in Specification 1; (c) any other products or services that only a registry operator is capable of providing, by reason of its designation as the registry operator; and (d) material changes to any Registry Service within the scope of (a), (b) or (c) above.
