Domestic Credit Agreement definition

Domestic Credit Agreement means the Credit Agreement dated as of June 12, 2007, among the Borrower, the other Loan Parties from time to time party thereto, the financial institutions from time to time party thereto and LaSalle Bank National Association, as Administrative Agent, Swing Line Lender and an Issuing Lender, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented, modified, refunded, refinanced or replaced, in whole or in part, from time to time.
Domestic Credit Agreement means the Loan Agreement dated June 30, 1997 between the Borrower and the Domestic Lenders, as the same may be amended from time to time.
Domestic Credit Agreement means that certain Credit Agreement dated as of even date herewith among the Parent, the Borrower, the lenders party thereto, and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Administrative Agent, as Collateral Agent and as UK Security Trustee, as the same may be amended, restated, modified or supplemented from time to time.
