Domestic Entities definition

Domestic Entities means the Borrower and its direct and indirect domestic Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis.

Domestic Entities means Domestic TopCo and Domestic Sub.

Domestic Entities means, collectively, the entities’ listed Schedule V hereto, including, but not limited to, the WFOE and the VIE.

Domestic Entities means the Parent, the Borrower and their direct and indirect domestic Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis.
