Domestic Entities definition

Domestic Entities means Domestic TopCo and Domestic Sub.
Domestic Entities means, collectively, the entities’ listed Schedule V hereto, including, but not limited to, the WFOE and the VIE.

More Definitions of Domestic Entities

Domestic Entities means the Domestic Companies and the WFOEs.
Domestic Entities means any or all of the PRC domestic companies organized and existing under the laws of the PRC with respect to which the Company exercises any control through contractual agreements or otherwise, which shall include, without limitation, Nanjing Tuniu, Nanjing Tuzhilv, Shanghai TTA, Nanjing TTA, Beijing TTA and Hainan TTA;
Domestic Entities means companies, institutions and organizations created in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, those engaged in business activity without creating a legal person, registered in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic; individuals of the Kyrgyz Republic, who are permanent residents of the country;
Domestic Entities means, collectively, the Borrower and all of its Subsidiaries domiciled in the United States of America.
Domestic Entities means Changzhou Kanghui Medical Innovation Co., Ltd., a wholly foreign owned enterprise organized and existing under the Laws of the PRC, and Beijing Libeier Biology Engineering Research Institute Co., Ltd., a wholly foreign owned enterprise organized and existing under the Laws of the PRC, collectively, and each, a “Domestic Entity”.
Domestic Entities means, collectively, the Borrower and all of its Subsidiaries domiciled in the United States of America. "Interest Coverage Ratio" means the ratio of EBITDA to interest expense, as the latter is disclosed under GAAP.
