Domestic septage means either liquid or solid material removed from a septic tank, cesspool, portable toilet, Type III marine sanitation device, or similar treatment works that receives only domestic sewage. Domestic septage does not include liquid or solid material removed from a septic tank, cesspool, or similar treatment works that receives either commercial wastewater or industrial wastewater and does not include grease removed from grease trap at a restaurant.
Domestic use means that portion of metered water service, electricity, electrical current, natural, artificial or propane gas, wood, coal or home heating oil, and in any city not within a county, metered or unmetered water service, which an individual occupant of a residential premises uses for nonbusiness, noncommercial or nonindustrial purposes. Utility service through a single or master meter for residential apartments or condominiums, including service for common areas and facilities and vacant units, shall be deemed to be for domestic use. Each seller shall establish and maintain a system whereby individual purchases are determined as exempt or nonexempt;
Domestic sewage means waste and wastewater from humans, or household operations that is discharged to or otherwise enters a treatment works.
Domestic Waste ’ means waste, excluding hazardous waste, that emanates from premises that are used wholly or mainly for residential, educational, health care, sport or recreation purposes, which include:
Domestic brewery means a place where beer and malt liquor
Domestic abuse means the following, if committed against a family or household member by a family or household member:
domestic industry means the producers as a whole of the like or directly competitive goods operating in a Party, or those whose collective output of the like or directly competitive goods constitutes a major proportion of the total domestic production of those goods;
domestic worker means an employee who performs domestic work in the home of his or her employer and includes—
Domestic service means the type of service supplied to the owner or his authorized agent or to the occupant or tenant of any space or area occupied for the distinct purpose of a dwelling house, rooming house, apartment, flat, etc.
Domestic Subsidiaries means all Subsidiaries incorporated or organized under the laws of the United States of America, any State thereof or the District of Columbia.
Domestic entity means an entity whose internal affairs are governed by the law of this state.
Domestic violence means physical harm, bodily injury, assault, or the infliction of fear of imminent physical harm, bodily injury, or assault, between family or household members as defined in RCW 26.50.010; sexual assault of one family or household member by another family or household member; or stalking as defined in RCW 9A.46.110 of one family or household member by another family or household member.
Domestic Foreign Holding Company means any direct or indirect Domestic Subsidiary that is treated as a disregarded entity for United States federal income tax purposes if all of its assets (other than a de minimus amount) consist of the equity of one or more direct or indirect Foreign Subsidiaries.
Domestic Loan Parties means the Domestic Guarantors.
Domestic Restricted Subsidiary means any Domestic Subsidiary that is a Restricted Subsidiary.
Domestic Loan Party means any Loan Party organized under the laws of any state of the United States of America or the District of Columbia.
Domestic Subsidiary Borrower any Subsidiary Borrower which is a Domestic Subsidiary.
Domestic business entity means a business entity organized under the laws of this state, including but not limited to a limited liability company as defined in section 489.102; a corporation organized pursuant to chapter 490; a nonprofit corporation organized under chapter 504; a partnership, limited partnership, limited liability partnership, or limited liability limited partnership as provided in chapter 486A or 488; or a cooperative association or other cooperative organized under this chapter or chapter 497, 498, 499, or 501.
Domestic wastewater means wastewater with a measured strength less than “high-strength wastewater” and is the type of wastewater normally discharged from, or similar to, that discharged from plumbing fixtures, appliances and other household devices including, but not limited to toilets, bathtubs, showers, laundry facilities, dishwashing facilities, and garbage disposals. Domestic wastewater may include wastewater from commercial buildings such as office buildings, retail stores, and some restaurants, or from industrial facilities where the domestic wastewater is segregated from the industrial wastewater. Domestic wastewater may also include incidental RV holding tank dumping but does not include wastewater consisting of a significant portion of RV holding tank wastewater such as at RV dump stations. Domestic wastewater does not include wastewater from industrial processes.
Canadian Subsidiary means any Subsidiary that is organized under the laws of Canada or any province thereof.
Domestic Company means a company incorporated or organized under the laws of this
Canadian Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries organized under the laws of Canada or any province, territory or other political subdivision thereof.
Immaterial Subsidiaries means those Subsidiaries of the Borrower that are “designated” as Immaterial Subsidiaries by the Borrower from time to time (it being understood that the Borrower may at any time change any such designation); provided that such designated Immaterial Subsidiaries shall collectively meet all of the following criteria as of the date of the most recent balance sheet required to be delivered pursuant to Section 5.01: (a) the aggregate assets of such Subsidiaries and their Subsidiaries (on a consolidated basis) as of such date do not exceed an amount equal to 3% of the consolidated assets of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries as of such date; and (b) the aggregate revenues of such Subsidiaries and their Subsidiaries (on a consolidated basis) for the fiscal quarter ending on such date do not exceed an amount equal to 3% of the consolidated revenues of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries for such period.
