Examples of Dover FSAs in a sentence

  • As of the Plan Separation Date, Dover transferred the account balances (if any) under the Dover FSAs of each Apergy Employee who elected to participate therein to the corresponding Apergy FSAs. The Apergy FSAs assumed responsibility as of the Plan Separation Date for all outstanding dependent care and medical care claims under the Dover FSAs of each Apergy Employee and assumed and agreed to perform the obligations from and after the Plan Separation Date.

  • Nursing Service Plan means the plan that is developed by the registered nurse based on an Individual’s initial nursing assessment, reassessment, or updates made to a nursing assessment as a result of monitoring visits. The Nursing Service Plan must describe all licensed nursing services the Individual shall receive and be pursuant to the Individual’s Service Plan.

  • Nursing Care Plan means a plan of care developed by a nurse that describes the medical, nursing, psychosocial, and other needs of a child and how those needs shall be met. The Nursing Care Plan includes which tasks shall be taught, assigned, or delegated to the qualified provider or family.

  • Retirement Plans means the retirement income, supplemental executive retirement, excess benefits and retiree medical, life and similar benefit plans providing retirement perquisites, benefits and service credit for benefits at least as great in the aggregate as are payable thereunder prior to a Change in Control;
