Dow Xxxxx means Dow Xxxxx & Company, Inc.;

Dow Xxxxx means Factiva Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales under number 3773253 and with registered address at The News Building, 1 London Bridge Street, SE1 9GF London, England, acting on behalf of Dow Xxxxx & Company, Inc. and any of its affiliated companies; and

Dow Xxxxx shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a) of this Annex A.
