Downstream Pipelines definition

Downstream Pipelines means the NNGTS gas pipeline interconnected with the Terminal at the Regasified LNG Delivery Point and such other pipeline as may be connected to the Terminal during the Term;
Downstream Pipelines means the gas pipeline systems owned or operated by NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd. and by Alliance Pipeline Limited Partnership;
Downstream Pipelines means any pipeline or other receiving facility downstream of the Delivery Point.

  • It is agreed that for the purposes of measurement and computations hereunder, (a) the atmospheric pressure shall be based on the atmospheric pressure determined and used by Downstream Pipelines at the Delivery Point(s) regardless of the atmospheric pressure at which the Gas is measured and (b) all measurements and testing performed hereunder shall all be made by Gatherer in accordance with applicable rules, regulations, and orders.

  • Except for items (a) through (d) above, such Gas shall meet the most restrictive quality specifications required from time to time by the Downstream Pipelines receiving Delivery Point Gas, except for water vapor content, for which there shall be no specification applicable at the Receipt Points.

  • Pipelines gathering or transporting Gas that has been dehydrated and compressed to the pressure of the Downstream Pipelines or Processing Plants at the Delivery Points.

  • Gatherer may also require Shipper to make appropriate adjustments to its nominations and deliveries to correspond to adjustments that Gatherer is required to make by Downstream Pipelines.

  • Subject to Section 5.2, all Gas redelivered by Gatherer at the Delivery Point(s) shall be able to conform to the most restrictive Gas quality standards and provisions of the applicable Downstream Pipelines.

  • Residue Gas shall be delivered by Processor in accordance with confirmation by the Downstream Pipelines of the Nomination and/or changes to the Nomination.

  • All Gas delivered by Shipper at the Receipt Point(s) shall be of a quality able to conform to the most restrictive Gas quality standards and provisions of the applicable Downstream Pipelines after dehydration of such Gas by Gatherer; provided, however, that in no event shall Shipper deliver at any Receipt Point Gas that contains free liquids, gum-forming constituents or other foreign substances.

  • Each point identified in Exhibit A at which Residue Gas allocated to Producer is delivered to a Downstream Pipeline by Processor, and any additional delivery points that, from time to time after the Effective Date, are added at the request of Producer (at Producer’s expense) to permit delivery to Downstream Pipelines.

  • The operation of the Processing Plant in such a way as to minimize the recovery and delivery of ethane from Producer Gas, subject to the minimum ethane recovery rate required to meet the then-applicable Residue Gas specifications of the Downstream Pipelines.

  • Pipelines has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Downstream means carrying a transmission from the Headend to remote points on the Cable System or to Interconnection points on the Cable System.

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Terminals means the Terminals set forth on Schedule A attached hereto.
