Downstream Pipelines definition

Downstream Pipelines means the NNGTS gas pipeline interconnected with the Terminal at the Regasified LNG Delivery Point and such other pipeline as may be connected to the Terminal during the Term;
Downstream Pipelines means the gas pipeline systems owned or operated by NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd. and by Alliance Pipeline Limited Partnership;
Downstream Pipelines means any pipeline or other receiving facility downstream of the Delivery Point.

  • Pipelines gathering or transporting Gas that has been dehydrated and compressed to the pressure of the Downstream Pipelines or Processing Plants at the Delivery Points.

  • Processor shall redeliver Producer’s Residue Gas within the pressure parameters required by the Downstream Pipelines; provided, however, Processor shall have no obligation to compress Residue Gas to a pressure exceeding 1,200 psig.

  • All Gas delivered by Shipper at the Receipt Point(s) shall be of a quality able to conform to the most restrictive Gas quality standards and provisions of the applicable Downstream Pipelines after dehydration of such Gas by Gatherer; provided, however, that in no event shall Shipper deliver at any Receipt Point Gas that contains free liquids, gum-forming constituents or other foreign substances.

  • Customer shall also be solely responsible for ensuring that all such arrangements are consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and shall require all relevant third parties to confirm to SABINE all of Customer’s nominations and scheduling of deliveries of Gas, such confirmation to be by telephone, electronic transmission, or other means acceptable to SABINE and the Downstream Pipelines.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Refinery means a facility for the manufacture or reprocessing of finished or unfinished petroleum

  • Pipeline System means each system of Pipeline Assets, Real Property and Easements relating thereto making up an integrated gathering system and gathering system, or other pipeline system.
