Regasified LNG Delivery Point definition

Regasified LNG Delivery Point means the interconnection point between the Terminal and the Downstream System.

  • All risk insurance covering the loss of LNG delivered by or on behalf of Users to the LNG Receipt Point until redelivered at the Regasified LNG Delivery Point, with a policy limit not exceeding EUR 25,000,000 any one occurrence.

  • The term of this Agreement (“Term”) shall be the period commencing on the Service Commencement Date and ending on the last day on which Spot Daily Planned Sendout will be made available to the Spot Cargo User at the Regasified LNG Delivery Point.

  • If a User fails to meet the requirements in subclause 7.4.5(b), then any Regasified LNG not accepted at the Regasified LNG Delivery Point as a result of such failure shall be treated as Evacuation Gas.

  • The delivery point for Regasified LNG sold as CEA Sendout pursuant to this Agreement shall be the Regasified LNG Delivery Point.

  • If a Long-Term User fails to meet the requirement in clause 7.4.1, then any Regasified LNG not accepted at the Regasified LNG Delivery Point as a result of such failure shall be treated as Evacuation Gas.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.
