Downtown Core definition

Downtown Core means that area fronting Yonge Street bounded by Major Mackenzie Drive to the South, Crosby Avenue to the North on the East side of Yonge Street and Benson Avenue to the North and on the West side of Yonge Street;
Downtown Core means the properties within the Downtown Core land use designation as shown on the General Plan Land Use Map.
Downtown Core means the area described in Schedule ‘A’; “electronic waste” means items permitted in Schedule ‘F’;

Downtown Core means the publicly-owned property and rights of way located within an area bounded by Park, Water, Lewis and 1st Streets in the City including sidewalks on both sides of the streets, except the North side of Park Street and the South side of Lewis Street, as well as both sides of the W Main Street Bridge that define the area. and all public improvements located therein.
