Land Use Map definition

Land Use Map means the map setting forth the permitted land uses and major circulation routes in the Project Area. The Land Use Map is attached to this Plan as Exhibit C.
Land Use Map means the means the topographic land map certified during the authorized period of the MOU by MONRE, showing the zoning and land classification of any existing uses on all parcels of land including, but not limited to, all parcels of land constituting the Project Area and as attached to the Certificate of Land Use.
Land Use Map means the map that specifies the areas that comprise the zones described in this Ordinance, which must be approved by Tribal Council resolution, and which may also be referred to as the “Zoning Map”.

Land Use Map means the official map or maps that are part of the Heeia CDD rules and delineate the boundaries of individual zones and the district.

  • Land use plan means a plan prepared under former 1921 PA 207, former 1943 PA 184, or a site plan under the Michigan zoning enabling act, 2006 PA 110, MCL 125.3101 to 125.3702.

  • Land Use Bylaw means Bylaw 75 of the Municipality, approved on August 6, 1992, as amended, or successor bylaws.

  • Land application means the spraying or spreading of sewage sludge onto the land surface, the injection of sewage sludge below the land surface, or the incorporation of sewage sludge into the soil for the purposes of conditioning the soil or fertilizing crops or vegetation grown in the soil.

  • Residential child care facility means a twenty-four-hour residential facility where children live together with or are supervised by adults who are not their parents or relatives;
