Non-Lead Sponsor means the Note A-2 Holder in its capacity as the sponsor with respect to the Non-Lead Securitization Note in connection with the Non-Lead Securitization.
Sponsor shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.
Project Sponsor and “Sponsor” means an Applicant/Co-Applicants who receives a Carryover Allocation of Tax Credits and any other person who acquires an ownership interest in any owner of a project which has received a Carryover Allocation of Tax Credits from the Division.
Prototype Sponsor Means the entity specified on the Adoption Agreement which sponsors this prototype plan.
Plan Sponsor means an employer, trustee, trade union or association or a combination of them that establishes a capital accumulation plan, and includes a plan service provider to the extent that the plan sponsor has delegated its responsibilities to the plan service provider; and
Financial Sponsor means any Person, including any Subsidiary of such Person, whose principal business activity is acquiring, holding, and selling investments (including controlling interests) in otherwise unrelated companies that each are distinct legal entities with separate management, books and records and bank accounts, whose operations are not integrated with one another and whose financial condition and creditworthiness are independent of the other companies so owned by such Person.
Sponsoring entity means a nonprofit corporation, nonprofit cooperative, state governmental entity, local unit of government as defined in ORS 466.706, housing authority or any other person, provided that the person has agreed to restrictive covenants imposed by a nonprofit corporation, nonprofit cooperative, state governmental entity, local unit of government or housing authority.
Underlier Sponsor means S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC.
Retaining Sponsor CREFI, acting as retaining sponsor as such term is defined under Rule 2 of Regulation RR.
Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) [replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No.18 of 2013)] and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund.
Sponsors means (1) one or more investment funds controlled by Apollo Management, L.P. and its Affiliates (collectively, the “Apollo Sponsors”) and (2) any Person that forms a group (within the meaning of Section 13(d)(3) or Section 14(d)(2) of the Exchange Act, or any successor provision) with any Apollo Sponsors, provided that any Apollo Sponsor (x) owns a majority of the voting power and (y) controls a majority of the Board of Directors of the Company.
Apprenticeship sponsor means an entity operating an apprenticeship program or an entity in whose name an apprenticeship program is being operated, which is registered with or approved by the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Apprenticeship.
School-Sponsored Activity means any activity sponsored, recognized or authorized by the Board and includes activities conducted on or off school property.
CME Term SOFR Administrator means CME Group Benchmark Administration Limited as administrator of the forward-looking term Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR) (or a successor administrator).
Designated Employer Representative (DER) means a designated school district representative authorized to take immediate action to remove employees from safety-sensitive duties, to make required decisions in the testing and evaluation process, and to receive test results and other communications for the school district.
University-sponsored activity means any activity on or off University premises, which is initiated, aided, authorized, or supervised by the University.
Sponsoring agency means Sandia; "Federal Government" or "government," in connection with government agencies or government property, shall mean the United States of America.
Named Fiduciary means the Fiduciary or Fiduciaries named herein or in the Adoption Agreement who jointly or severally have the authority to control and manage the operation and administration of the Plan.
Sponsor Parties means Sponsor, Vendor, and Utility, their respective successors and assigns, and each of their respective affiliates, agents, directors, officers, and employees.
Support staff member means an employee who holds a position for which no certificate issued by the New Jersey State Board of Examiners is required.
Staff member means a staff member as defined in section 1(1) of the Public Service Act, 1995 (Act No. 13 of 1995);
Participating Entity means a state (as well as the District of Columbia and US territories), city, county, district, other political subdivision of a State, or a nonprofit organization under the laws of some states properly authorized to enter into a Participating Addendum, that has executed a Participating Addendum.
☐ - MULTI-MEMBER The “Capital Account” for each Member shall mean the account created and maintained for the Member in accordance with Section 704(b) of the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulation Section 1.704-1(b)(2)(iv).
Brookfield Group means Brookfield and any Affiliates of Brookfield, other than any member of the BREP Group;
Corrections support staff member means an adult or juvenile
Fixing Sponsor means the Fixing Sponsor as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
