DPA Effective Date definition

DPA Effective Date means, as applicable, (a) May 25, 2018 if Customer clicked to accept or the parties otherwise agreed to this DPA prior to or on such date; or (b) the date on which Customer clicked to accept or the parties otherwise agreed to this DPA, if such date is after May 25, 2018.
DPA Effective Date means the Effective Date of the Agreement.
DPA Effective Date has the meaning as determined pursuant to Section 2.1.

More Definitions of DPA Effective Date

DPA Effective Date means the Effective Date of the Agreement; “EEA” means the European Economic Area;
DPA Effective Date is specified on the DPA Setup Page.

DPA Effective Date means the date the Service is first launched or as listed in the purchase confirmation, receipt, and/or on the invoice You receive from Us for the Service.
