DPR definition

Examples of DPR in a sentence

  • If DPR determines at any time that the Premises should no longer be available for use by WPLBC, it may terminate upon ninety (90) days' written notice to WPLBC.

  • If WPLBC fails to remove its personal property from the Premises, DPR shall have the right, but not the obligation, to remove the same and may store it in any place selected by DPR, including but not limited to a public warehouse, at WPLBC's sole expense and risk and such property shall be subject to sale, without notice to WPLBC, after it has been stored for a period of thirty (30) days or more.

  • DPR or its agents shall have the right to inspect and to show the Premises to other prospective users at all reasonable times, and to enter the same for purposes of cleaning, repairing, altering, or improving the Premises but this right shall impose no obligation on DPR to make any inspection, repair, or improvement.
