Draft Project Agreement definition

Draft Project Agreement means the draft form of Project Agreement issued under the RFP, as amended pursuant to the terms of the RFP.
Draft Project Agreement or “Draft PA” means the initial draft form of the Definitive PA issued as Volume 2 to this RFP, as revised and amended from time to time by Addenda issued in accordance with this RFP.
Draft Project Agreement means the form of Project Agreement entitled “Draft Broadway Subway Project Agreement” issued as part of the RFP.
