DRAM Module definition

DRAM Module means one or more DRAM Products in a package or module (whether as part of a SIMM, DIMM, multi-chip package, memory card or other memory module or package).

DRAM Module means a 20Mbit or larger dynamic random access memory module designed on Toshiba's proprietary 64M DRAM second generation process and developed hereunder by Toshiba.
