Drill Doctor definition

Drill Doctor means a person employed to maintain and repair drills and sharpen bits.
Drill Doctor means an employee, other than a tradesperson, engaged in assembling, renewing or putting together the parts of a rock drill as received from the maker and in servicing same when assembled, but does not include an employee engaged in any work in the nature of altering or repairing such parts, which is the work of a fitter.
