Drive N Style Franchisor means Drive N Style Franchisor SPV LLC, a special purpose Delaware limited liability company and a direct, wholly owned subsidiary of Franchisor Holdco.
Franchisor means Marriott International, Inc.
Subfranchisor means a person who is granted a master franchise.
Alcoholic beverages means beverages that are suitable for human consumption and contain one-half of one percent or more of alcohol by volume.
Franchisee means a person to whom a franchise is granted.
Retail Store – means any business facility that sells goods directly to the consumer whether for or not-for-profit, including, but not limited to, retail stores, restaurants, pharmacies, convenience and grocery stores, liquor stores, as well as seasonal and temporary businesses.
Developer means the legal or beneficial owner or owners of a lot or of any land proposed to be included in a proposed development, including the holder of an option or contract to purchase, or other person having an enforceable proprietary interest in such land.
Retail food store means that term as defined in 7 USC 2012.
Brand means the brand name set forth in the Addendum.
