Dropoff or Collection Program definition

Dropoff or Collection Program means a recycling program which does not pay refund value and accepts or collects empty beverage containers, and which cannot qualify as a curbside program as defined in Section 14509.5 of the Act. "Dropoff or Collection Program" also means a program which separates recyclables from mixed municipal waste. "Dropoff or Collection Program" does not mean a program which accepts or collects recyclable materials which have already been separated from mixed municipal waste. Dropoff or Collection Program includes a Neighborhood Dropoff Program which meets all of the criteria in Section 14514.4.1 of the Act.

The collection of storm water and wastewater does not include treatment except where incidental to conveyance.

  • Off-vehicle charging hybrid electric vehicle (OVC-HEV) means a hybrid electric vehicle that can be charged from an external source.

  • Master Servicer Collection Account The trust account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.02, which shall be denominated "Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A. as Master Servicer for HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee f/b/o holders of Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Mortgage Investors, Inc., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, MANA Series 2007-OAR4 - Master Servicer Collection Account." The Master Servicer Collection Account shall be an Eligible Account.

  • Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan means the Mortgage Loan during the period it is serviced by the Special Servicer following a Servicing Transfer Event.

  • Defaulted Receivables means any Receivable (a) on which any installment is unpaid more than sixty (60) days past its original due date or (b) where the Servicer’s records show that the Obligor has suffered an Insolvency Event.

  • All-terrain type I vehicle means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-22-2.

  • Transit vehicle means a bus, rapid transit vehicle, railroad car, street railway car, water vehicle, taxicab, or other type of public transportation vehicle or individual unit, whether operated singly or in a group that provides public transportation.

  • Liquidated Receivable means any Receivable liquidated by the Servicer through the sale or other disposition of the related Financed Equipment or that the Servicer has, after using all reasonable efforts to realize upon the Financed Equipment, determined to charge off without realizing upon the Financed Equipment.

  • Transport vehicle means a motor vehicle or rail car used for the transportation of cargo by any mode. Each cargo-carrying body (trailer, railroad freight car, etc.) is a separate transport vehicle.

  • Electronic toll collection system means a system of collecting tolls or charges which is capable of charging an account holder the appropriate toll or charge by transmission of information from an electronic device on a motor vehicle to the toll lane, which information is used to charge the account the appropriate toll or charge.
